Money well spent.
This has to be the most versatile stand made. Because your guitar doesn't sit on the bottom this stand will fit just about any stile or size string instrument. No matter what the shape of your guitar, this stand will hold it. I have a Dean ML and these have the V bottom. It sits very secure. The only place it touches is at the neck and then the padded prop at the back. It folds up pretty nice so you can store it out of site until needed. Also nice for taking it with you. Comes with a couple bushings to hold wide to narrow necks. It's a little pricey compared to other stands, but it's like comparing Wal-Mart to Sacks Fifth Avenue. It’s more expensive than many other brands but it’s well made. Worth the extra money.

guitar / bass stand for your odd shaped instrument
I have an odd shaped bass guitar....B.C. Rich Mockingbird Bass Guitar. This stand handles the height and odd shape perfectly. Its easy to raise and lower. Love the angle too ... hard to topple over. Probably really good too if you have lots of knobs and switches on your instrument.
