This little piece of equipment is brilliant, I was umming and arring whether to buy it, I am a gym finatic. I felt sore on my abs and obliques the day after using it.. I can see long term use definitely giving me good results. Great buy

Absolutely Brilliant! Best toning belt I have ever purchased! Plus costs far less! Belt is on velro so no fiddling around with catches. Has many programmes ' goes up many levels. Just brilliant! Best purchase I have made in years!

A useful addition to health and fitness.
Like the product very much. The results are starting to materialise. I have purchased more gel. I do have to place a rolled up towel to increase tightness. Apart from that all good. Gary.
