ALWAYS check this switch with an Ohmmeter if the Dryer Fails
ALWAYS check this switch with an Ohmmeter. I know some videos just say see if it clicks and move on, but mine had actually melted down and shorted out. This did the trick and fixed the issue. Washer lid switch stopped working
This switch was sent right away and I replaced the old ruinlid switch the used one I ordered, and my washer worked perfect again. I saved a lot of money by buying this switch off of a dryer that had other parts that had gone bad.
