  • I love historyand there was things to learn in this book.

This book really beat up on Berdan. The book by C.A. Stevens did not spend as much time finding as much wrong about him but was more about the men and what they did. I don't know which one is more factual. Maybe Mr. Stevens just had more respect for him. Two different stories about the same man for you to judge. I spent three years in the Army. No ones happy. And when your in charge your a target.

  • Deadly practicioners of modern shooting skills, and stalking.

A decent job of relating the organization, equipment, and experience of these men. I've seen some discussion of Berdan himself, being shown in a bad light. I will leave that to others to decide for themselves.
