Very Informative Read
In my opinion, this is the most definitive book written on the subject of malignant narcissism. Sam Vaknin has done well. He has tried harder than any other author to bring clarity to this daunting subject. He informs the rest of us what it is like inside the mind of a person suffering from this disordered mental landscape. I feel that his writing must be somewhat subjective, since he writes much of the story from his own personal view. He has been faulted for this, but I might argue that he wrote the book from the only perspective available to him.

Turbo charge your understanding...
Sam Vaknin knows narcissism. This man has taken his life tragedy, combined it with life experiences and an unlimited thirst for learning and created the way out for many sufferers of narcissistic entanglements. I've given this book to a few people who have been astounded by the molecular detail that Sam has dissected the games, and abuses that are the arsenal of these unfortunate souls. If you need to understand, untangle yourself there is no better book, bar none, then this one. It is worth every cent, and relatively speaking, it is WAY under priced considering the benefit it bestows upon the fortunate reader.

Everyone needs to read this book, a rare insight into the disorder.
The Bible of narcissism today. This is a must for all therapists and psychologists. A must for anyone who’s been entangled with a narcissist. One can’t imagine what the inner landscape of the narcissist looks likes, this book is revealing of those truths.
