Pleasantly surprised
So, for me this wasn't about buying some silly diet pills that promise the world. It was about stopping the constant snacking, for health reasons not weight loss. I eat A LOT of chocolate, very slim but surely my insides do not appreciate it. They 100% suppress, I'm able to get through to meal times without feeling the need to grab a creme egg every 7 minutes.
