The Star Wars 40th Anniversary Black Series release of R2D2 is designed to reflect all of the style of the original. Modeled to resemble the look and feel of Kenner figures in the golden age of Star Wars toys, this 6-inch R2D2 figure also received a few updates to ensure it is as detailed as possible. It's the perfect combination of Kenner's 1977 design with Kenny Baker's actual costume from "A New Hope." My first R2 purchase and I love it!!!
I've been buying Star Wars stuff over the last couple of years. Every time I tried to get R2 in some type of Black Series, he was generally pricey at the time I had little to spend. Blast from the past
Wave one of the Star Wars 40th Anniversary 6 inch figure set comes with Obi Wan (New figure), Han Solo, Leia (new head sculpt and paint) R2, and Luke. First off the bad.... R2-D2 is a re-release of the Back Series back box and is not that great .....Look at the Bandi model if you want a great R2, the cloth tunic on Luke looks bad but the figure is pretty good. Han is the same as the Black Series and while not great its not bad, Leia's head sculpt looks better the the Black Series and the best of the lot is Obi Wan. Starwars 40th anniversary wave 1 plus R5 droid unit .

Overall good piece.
Good belt, shoulder straps and leg holster. Loose enough to be realistic but not too loose that they'll fall off. Left shoulder joint clicks when you move or position it. But that's my only complaint. Great addition for my son's Marvel collection.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
