Brilliant Purchase

A solid performer
I had been thinking of buying a Marantz 63 Mkii KISignature, but when a 20 year old CD player goes for £180 at auction, I thought this was way too much for a simple revival of my den hifi system and lowered my sights. My CD6000 OSE came for £60 and without a remote and I have been very pleased. It weighs far more than expected, the tray action is the smoothest and quietest I have seen and in short it oozes quality. The sound it provides is excellent and although I am no hifi purist, it has made other parts of my system the weakest link, so new speakers are now on the shopping list.
