good replacement speakers
2 of my original speakers in my 2005 citroen c4 hatchback were blown so i replaced all 4 with these alpine speakers, honestly they are OK but i found less bass with these then the originals, i have since installed a sub/amp. i will next time spend a bit more and get something a bit better. however for someone who just wants clear sound or to replace blown ones then these are perfect, just dont expect too much bass. otherwise very happy and the seller was excellent! im happy for now as i have another minibus i will replace those with a bit better or maybe the same as these, worth the money

Mid-performance speakers
It's not high-end audio but it's certainly an improvement on stock. Not really massive amounts of bass or anything, but definition has improved. Was pretty easy to install even though it didn't quite fit, so it took an hour rather than 20 minutes, with a bit of trimming and squeezing, and some additional screws.

Alpine SXE-1725S
I bought these to upgrade the door speakers in my 2007 Honda CR-V, since the originals had stopped working due to rusted terminals (an uncharacteristic Honda flaw!). The sound quality is significantly better, with improved performance, across the range. Custom adapters are required to mount the speakers. Finding (and waiting for) these was the most challenging part of the exercise!

Good upgrade straight swap
As an upgrade of factory fitted speakers these fit well and are a straight swap and easy to install. Sound quality good as expected from a make like alpine

Needed a little tweaking as the ORM conn...
Needed a little tweaking as the ORM connector on the car was on the outside of the speaker yet the connector on these speakers is on the rear and so i had to route the cabling through the door skin to the back of the speaker. Works like a charm though.

Easy install
Really nice speakers, real difference to my old OEM speakers. Also liked the fitting rings that came with th kit. Good improvement for the price.

Not bad speakers but kit isnt great
You will need extra self tappers as not supplied, you will need to cut out or file some of your door for clips to fit where pop rivets use to be to enable clips to fit as door lip is too wide or maybe you could find some clips that fit that might be easier. Speakers are ok but not a straight forward job to change, you will also have to cut a bit of the spacer away to allow speaker cable to pass behind freely.

Speak out
I thought I had an aerial reception problem as the sound was terrible from the standard speakers. Fitted these need to cut the adapter frame to get wires out and wow all fixed and great sound’
