  • Only ice cream book you'll need

This book has a large variety of great recipes for ice creams, sorbets, other sweet treats & their accompaniments. It is nicely organized and recipes are clearly written with sound techniques. It had a moderate amount of large, beautiful photos. I am a professional chef and I highly recommend this book. It is appropriate for cooks/bakers of all levels of expertise.
