Best Cookbook Ever
This has been one of my favorite cookbooks for over 30 years. I was delighted to discover it on EBay in hardback and with color illustrations. I am in the process of transferring my notes to the new hardback copy from my well-used paperback I have had for years. Gift for 80 Yr Old Mom
Mom saw this anniversary version at my house on a visit and had no idea Silver Palette now comes with color pictures. I purchased her preferred Hardcover as a gift. She was concerned about the expense as when she searched other sites, the Hardcover version was $100. She said the condition was excellent. Great recipes, tried and true. Only now with pictures!

The Silver Palate 25th Anniversary
