The Simpsons: Virtual Springfield is like a tour-guide for your favorite animated cartoon series, The Simpsons. Less of a game than an interactive universe, The Simpsons: Virtual Springfield allows you to search around the town of Springfield. Look into the daily lives of Bart, Lisa, Homer, Marge, Maggie, and all of the other townsfolk. If they are on the television show, they are in here!<br><br>You, as a guest of the town, are able to go to areas only hinted at before on television. Visit Moe's Tavern and talk with Barney and the other drunks. Check out the Aztec Theatre, where Reiner WolfCastle's latest flick is playing. Tour the Simpson's household and use Bart's slingshot to get revenge on Sideshow Bob. Try out the latest games at the Noiseland Arcade, including everybody's favorite, The Smite of the Bumblebee featuring that loveable Spanish guy dressed up as a bee. Apu's Kwik-E-Mart is also here for your shopping convenience. There are so many places to go, you may have to extend your stay in the town of Springfield for a few days.<br><br>In addition to just being a visitor, there are things for you to actually do in Springfield. At the Noiseland Arcade you can play games, at the Aztec Theatre you can throw Dummy Bears at audience members. Most of all, there are certain areas to Springfield that are only accessible to you once you have visited other areas and have found hidden items.<br><br>Finally, collect different cards that are located throughout Springfield. Great retro game!
