The Dream features a powerful 16 bar pump and frothing tip for professional looking foam every time. Compact and easy to use, the Dream performs as well as larger, professional machines. The 48 ounce water tank allows for brewing a round of drinks without refilling. A limitless supply of steam is available as the water circulates through an inbox circuit, also reducing lime scale build-up. The boiler begins heating as soon as the center power switch is flipped on, reducing wait time for drinks. As soon as the switch is flipped off, pressure built up in the grouphead is released. Very stylish but......
I did a lot of research for more than a year before I bought this espresso machine. I love the styling and the color. It also makes very good espresso. That's the good part. The negatives are that the instruction booklet is the worst one I have ever had for a product and it is very difficult to understand what the heck they are even talking about. So it took me quite a while to figure out how to make a cup of espresso. Once I finally did, it was pretty simple. The other negative is that water leaks out of the bottom when it is in the steam mode and you need to be careful to mop it up or else it gets into the bottom part of the machine and will damage the cardboard bottom. A metal bottom would have been a better choice for quality. Update: The good news is that it still looks stylish. The bad news is that it leaks worse than ever, the thermostat indicator stopped working after a year and a half, the pressure handle often falls off, the chrome finish is wearing off in places and the brass shows through.
