Great product at an attractive price level
I had been using GlobalSat BU353 since 2014 connected to my notebook and a chart plotter software. I had sail more than 10.000 nm with its help, and it had been reliable and accurate all the way, as well as easy to install and set. Now I 've just bought my own! Good product. Happy with my purchase.

Not compatible with Mac
This device is not compatible with newer Macintosh systems. I should have done more research.

Lost in space
For what ever reason the GPS receiver is not working and some components on the CD does not appear to work either.

Not for windows 8 and above!!
This unit has been superseded by the BU-353-S4 , this one is not compatible with the newer windows
