Unmitigated Failure
I regret to say that this item is totally useless. Initially we had trouble getting both sides to shuffle.as the unit integrated from one side only. After an extensive examination, I was able to adjust the defective side which was blocking entry of the cards. This may have been due to an assembly fault or dislodging during transport. Having manually adjusted the unit, it was able to achieve entry from both sides. However, I tested the efficacy by splitting the deck and reversing half of the cards face up in one side and face down in the other side. Operating the shuffler showed that the cards barely mixed. The shuffler may feed cards in from either side, but it is clear that they are not fed through regularly but in great batches as groups of 10 to 15 cards remained together, for example, face up followed by a similar batch face down. It would be necessary to pass the deck through the shuffler many times to mix the whole deck, Even then, if all cards were facing the same way, it would be impossible to establish whether the shuffle had been successful or not. I regret to say that the unit is an unmitigated failure. Having said all that, I must complement the suppliers on their no quibble guarantee, in that having reported the inadequacy of the item, they immediately resolved my complaint.

Works when the batteries haven't come loose.
It does the job it's supposed to do and shuffles thick packs of cards well. However, the first time I put the batteries in it didn't - they seemed in OK but were not quite in properly. This has happened once since. Haven't left all 4 batteries in place as not sure if they'd go flat quickly.

Good for arthritic hands
An elderly relative, a keen card player, was having trouble shuffling cards due to advanced arthritis. It has been a boon to her. Whilst it is a little "plasticky" it does the job really well.

Good product good price, does what it says on the tin
This shuffler was a replacement for one we bought at Argos several years ago. It was exactly the same make and model at half the price. Unfortunately the first one didn't work but one phone call and another was put in the post, the original wasn't required to be returned so no cost to me. The second one was perfect

Card Shuffler
Quality is ok but it has difficulty shuffling 2 sets of cards which is required for certain games. I thnink the battery compartment could be improved because when one presses the automatic slide, the batteries seem to shake loose which is a nuisance to say the least

A proper shuffle!
We have wanted a 'shuffler' for some time as, although we play cards every evening, our hands are not as agile as they were, so this 'shuffler' was exactly what we wanted. It also amuses me, so my husband says but - does it matter that such an innocent object can make me happy and have a giggle! And, of course, the cards get a really good shuffle!!!

very fragile but should be ok if looked after

Noisy!
This card shuffler works with new cards but not with older, slightly dog eared ones, they seem to stick. The machine is very loud and feels cheap! Disappointed!

fine, at the price.
performs the process of shuffling cards reasonably well, for the price. Far from perfect, jams regularly, but, again for the price, hard to be negative.
