One of HST's best!
This review is of the 2005 hardback edition. It is a HUGE book in terms of its physical size! It is the size of a coffee table book, something like 15" by 11" by 1.5" thick, really a very nicely put together and weighty tome. I once had a 1983 first edition. Based on my memory of that first edition, the 2005 edition has several additional illustrations by Ralph Steadman. I think the text of the book is the same as the first edition.
