Has An Innocent Man Been Railroaded By Blind Justice ???
Top-notch, film noir type movie. Well acted and directed. Reminds me of an extended, Perry Mason episode from the 1950s. Everyone thinks the guy did the dirty deed except one man. He's the D.A. in charge of the prosecution. Courtroom drama follows and the rest is history. It's based on a true event and that adds to the film's appeal.

Excellent.
Based on a true story, this is a suspenseful, engrossing drama. Dana Andrews heads a strong cast (Lee J. Cobb, Arthur Kennedy, Karl Malden) as a prosecutor pressured to railroad an innocent man into prison. Directed by Elia Kazan, this is first rate all the way.

Intriguing and interesting
Fantastic courtroom drama showing early forensic techniques, political issues and skilled prosecutor. All the actors were exceptional in their respective parts. Love film noir! Shadowy, mysterious and deep.
