GOOD NEIGHBORS is a classic 1970s farcical Brit-com about an eccentric middle class couple who decide to leave behind the empty promises of the rat race and live off their the land--without leaving the suburbs! Good Neighbors...Great Show!
I watched this on PBS when I was very young, but didn't remember it well. They showed it again when I was in my 30s and I definitely enjoyed it. I managed to save up enough and buy the VHS tapes (BBC products were NOT cheap then.) I later repurchased the show on DVD because I found a good deal. I often wondered why I remembered episodes from before but wasn't seeing them on the DVD set. All over the cover and the ad from the site I purchased it from it says "Complete Collection." Not so...it is complete Series 1-3. You have to buy this set in order to see all the episodes. If you enjoy Margot (Penelope Keith) definitely check out "To The Manor Born."

Best Britcom ever! Great writing and acting. Penelope Keith is brilliant, and the other leads and peripheral actors are also superb.

Oldie but not outdated, yoi'll laugh out loud.
One of the all time funniest shows. The cast is perfect and nobody can out-do Penelope Keith. She's a one of a kind comedienne.
