Great product! (READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE)
I thought it was a faulty product at first. I have the previous gen model and it doesn't have the preset buttons on the bottom or the "superhuman hearing" feature. After reading the instructions it was clear that the presets were not set to my preference. After adjusting those and turning off the superhuman hearing, I really liked this product. 10/10 would recommend to any fellow XBOX ONE owner. Turtle beach audio adapter Xbox one
If you all ready have ear force headphones. A really good upgrade to assist with better headset control and sound. The superhuman hearing is a nice feature. The buttons are rubberized so the clicks are not that positive and requires sometimes a double take. Overall I upgraded from the old adapter to the this one. Fit my need
I wanted physical volume controls, with mic monitoring available. Official xbox adapter doesn't offer mic Monitoring, and with the newer controllers w/built in 3.5mm jack, you have to go into settings to change volume (not easy on the fly in the middle of a game). Works great until it doesbt
Now that I’ve used it for about a week I feel like I can’t play without it. Unfortunately, it stopped working. Can’t hear player chat nor can they hear me. Tried all troubleshooting suggestions from Turtle Beach but it didn’t work. I’m sad. ☹️Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Get better sound
