Excellent episode; slightly edited U.S. version
Excellent entry in the Dalgleish canon and the last staring Roy Marsden. Picture and sound are very good. My only quibble is that this is the U.S. version as shown on PBS's "Mystery" series years ago, thus the episodes are slightly shorter than the full version shown in the U.K. Still, I really enjoyed watching Diana Riggs droll intros and outros. Good yarn
The quality of video and audio was good. However, the product could have been improved by availability of sub-titles for those of us who are somewhat hearing impaired. Documentary-style police procedural with multiple homicides
Several murders seem unconnected at first, and Dalgliesh has to learn about more than one character's childhood before the cases can all be solved. The suspense, and danger, remain until the end.
