Mediocre .
This attempt to cash in on the contemporary popularity of Julie Andrews should be entitled "Thoroughly Mediocre Millie " .Miss Andrews flounces through with weak direction , forgettable songs , floating chiffon, nonsensical asides to the audience , and a silly subplot with Beatrice Lillie which falls flat . Mary Tyler Moore ( along with others such as John Gavin ) is completely wasted ; she sleep-walks through a boring characterization . The only redeeming feature in the entire production is the brilliant , over-the-top performance by the indomitable Miss Carol Channing (she was even Oscar nominated at a time when they didn't recognize such performances).She magnificently transferred her larger-than-life stage persona to the big screen .It alone was worth the price of admission and then some . Stealing every scene ,she created a character deserving of "Film Preservation " , with her natural grace, charm , energy ,and magnetism . I bought the disc solely to watch her again and again . "Jazz Baby " is a precious gift to mankind . Long Live RASPBERRIES !

Entertaining, light weight musical. Charming and fun.
I’m not clear what is meant by “Awesome sauce!” as it’s a film. However, I’ve been enjoying it. Excellent cast! Great score! I highly recommend it.

A 'fun' film fit for the whole family.
A quite "cute" film, with intrigue, from the late 1960s. Generally unavailable now because it stereotypes Chinese, but isn't malicious at all, and no more demeaning to that group as the closing scene in "Christmas Story."

A silly, and fun movie!
I bought his for my daughter when we found out she was going to be a character in the musical version of TMM last year. It is a strange, but fun movie, and she really has enjoyed watching it!

Love this movie
I watched this movie as a child and loved it and had as a VHS tape, couldn’t wait to find in a DVD format. It’s a wonderful vehicle for Julie Andrews and just a lot of fun to watch.

Just A Fun Time
Always loved this movie! Just a fun time that's intentionally campy with catchy songs and a great cast. Plenty of laughs and toe tapping with the musical numbers.

Throughly Modern Millie
I was able to watch this movie one time and have tried on numerous occasions to watch it again and it won't play. My player plays other movies so it's not the player.
