The New Carrie ?
If you have NEVER seen Steven King's 'Carrie' this movie will do. As with any S. K. movie, the book is always better. However, if you have seen the original, I would be surprised if you placed this version above it. I love Chloe; she is a wonderful actress, but I had trouble with her being an outcast here. She was just too good-looking for the part. Her acting was good (but she's just not Carrie), the special effects were good, it was still captivating in it's own way, but Sissy Spacek was perfect in every way. The bad crowd didn't feel like a bad crowd here, they felt like people playing the roles. In the original, they felt evil; you'd think they were possessed. Julianne Moore was good in her role as the twisted mother. But if you've seen the original, there's nothing really worth it here. Worth watching once, maybe, but it left me saying, "Yeah, ok, whatever."Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Beat up the bullies!!!
