Iodine for good health
I learned a lot of this wonderful informative book. It’s necessary for over all good health. I had already been using 2 drops in my morning cup of coffee only because during the covid year 2020 Iodine was recommended for resistance. A VITAL BOOK FOR A MUCH HAPPIER LIFE!
This is a very important book to read, for the health and well-being of you, your family and all the folk you know. I applied what I am learning to supplement iodine and I already feel and function a whole lot different. My energy's up, brain fog gone and total wellness increased.
