Good value and product.
I have started using Nigella sativa oil almost a week ago and have noticed my right shoulder pain diminishing. I take 1tsp/day and also started using the oil to massage the shoulder area. I can notice more flexibility in movements, so will carry on including it in my daily supplements. It doesn't taste extraordinarily, but it can easily be hidden in the morning smoothie. Brilliant way to maintain oneself immunity wise. Black seed oil should be in everyone's supplement cupboard.

miracle energy supplier
I have for over 2 months been taking this oil and I already feel a different person. I tried not taking it for a time and felt horrible with out it. It has made a real positive difference to my health.

BLACKL SEED OIL NICE QUALITY
I had one blackseed oil before which was in a larger bottle but I prefer to have lots of smaller bottles. The quality and price of this is very good. 4 bottles makes 500ml.

Not sure about this oil
I have had this oil for a fortnight so far. No noticeable changes. The product arrive on time, bur NO dose age instructions, so needed to google an answer, might not be using correct dose age.

Almost a miracle oillllllllllllll
I have only recently discovered the beneficial properties of this oil so I can't as yet say it's made a dramatic difference; only taking a teaspoon a day and have started using the seeds in cooking. It hasn't made me feel worse and I will continue to use it as most of these natural remedies need a bit of time to kick in. It was recommended to me by someone who mixes it with olive oil to moisturise her skin and her skin is beautiful and healthy.

i wash my hair with it and it is helping as my hair has gone very thin. use it with your shampoo one a week. it works

Quality product
This is a quality product. Unfortunately i was really looking for something to rub into my arthritic knees. This doesn't rub in so I give it a good massage instead. Perhaps a black seed cream would have been more appropriate. Not tried drinking it yet. It seems to be good value and well made

This b. S. O. is very good for chest complaints skin eye really what I'm trying to say it's excellent and iv had about 3 lots of this black seed oil and I love the stuff 👌

This is the 2nd oil I have tried. It’s good, but I would go back to my 1st choice. This one was cheaper but still good.
