Good value, easy way to repair a leak.
An easy way to repair a leaking roof gulley that otherwise would require stripping out tiles and lead, goes a long way as well so good value, also used this to paint the inside of a leaking metal watering can, a thick coat on a leaking seam, then leave to dry ..

Watertight
I had a leaking flashing between the house wall and a metal roof extension, I had tried all kinds of sealants to stop the leak but this did not work. when I seen this product on ebay I decided to give it a go as it said could be used on brick and metal, the result has been great one coat painted on and my problem was cured.

Great paint
Used this paint on the bottom two rows of bricks on our bungalow after painting the rest which was rendered. It made the bricks stand out with the black against the cream rendering. Excellent coverage and easy to use.

Good value product.
Easy to apply, one coat is sufficient and dries fairly quickly. Used to paint and seal flashing, also to paint mock Tudor wood panels which hopefully will be more weather resistant than when painted with standard exterior paint.

Excellent product for smaller jobs
As a professional painter/decorator I have used bitumen based products for a number of years. This particular product was just what I needed. Good quality and easy to apply.

Easy on and looks great.
Used it to liven up the felt on our Summer house. Really easy to apply and makes the roof pop. Ordering another tin to do the shed felt now.
