Decent product, good value
I bought my husband his first battery operated hand tools several years ago and he was skeptical. However, shortly after using them he couldn't say enough positive about them. The batteries themselves recharged quickly and lasted between 21/2 to 3 years. He got much use out of them since he has many wood projects he likes to do as well as projects in the house. Same as factory batteries
These replacement batteries look and feel just like the factory batteries. They also fit the tools and the charger like the factory ones. Charged easily and seem to be quite strong. Good product so far.
They seem to be good quality, will know in time. A lot less expensive than New from Porter Cable. The original batteries and charger are Ni Cd. These are Ni Mh. Should be charged on a Ni Mh charger but so far I haven't had a problem using the Ni Cd original.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

get what you pay for
it meets the minimum requirements. it sounds good and is portable. that what i needed and that's about it no fluff no frills. it doesn't connect easily at first as it always disconnects and reconnects the first few trys. after that although it stays connected. the latch that comes with it is poorly constructed broken just after i removed it from the package before the first outing. all in all, i wish had spent the extra few dollars for a higher performing brand but i'll still use this one until it breaks.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Easy fix

Good Rebuild
Battery rebuilt to 3.0 amp hour spec which is roughly three times the original battery's rating. Case is obviously used, but is in good shape and perfectly serviceable. Battery is charging and performing in my 18V Porter Cable as expected. This was definitely a good buy and worth the money. I have eight of these PC 18v tools. Works well so far.
It's not exactly like the original that came with my Porter Cable tools but it seems to work just fine so far. I'm not sure if the gloves add much value to it or not. Still I guess they are nice if you need a pair of gloves. My only disappointment with the purchase was with myself. For some reason I thought that there was two batteries (I guess that's because I was looking at battery sets to replace both of the originals that died). I was disappointed when there turned out to be just one. I thought I was getting a good deal when I just got a so-so deal. After all, i had seen singles being sold for a buck or two less. Older battery
I do believe porter cable stopped making these batteries so I bought two more I don’t feel the lithium ion batteries last long under heavy load. I drilled 78 holes in aluminum and the battery is still going strong. Lithium ion never did that as claimed for me.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good item, good price
I have only had these batteries for a few weeks and the real test of a good battery is to see how it performs over an extended period of time. So far, they have charged up quickly and provide a good amount of power to my tools. I felt that the price was low enough that even if they didn't turn out to be great batteries, I would still get my money's worth. Great experience
My originals were old and just worn out from use. These new batteries arrived on time and are a perfect fit to replace my dead ones. They chared up as expected and are working great.
