Time to talkie...
I bought these Wilkie talkies for my little girl and I and they are perfect for indoor and outdoor and the reception is very clear, they are simple to operate and the battery last a very long time. The distance before breaking up is pretty much as stated. These are perfect for hiking, hide and seek, treasure hunts etc... Those are some of the things we have used them for. Great emergency communications system
These radios are perfect. We live in a rural area where the local electric co-op is not very reliable. Wind, rain or snow, we always seem to have a power outage of some type. The radios have a AM/FM radio so you don't have to sit in silence, a NOAA weather rasdio to check on the outside storm and of course, the 2 way radio in case I go outside and can talk to ther hopuse. My wife is disabled and I take the radios out when I mow my 10 acres so she can contact me if anything is going on inside. Could be a lifesaver. Motorola Talkabout T465 Radios
These are great radios for hiking and backcountry use. With a GMRS license, these give way better coverage than FRS radios. The audio is far superior too. Must Have
These talkabouts are great for hunting in the woods or a day out at an amusement park. The ear pieces are a must have for near silent communications. The range is very good in open areas like the woods or forest, but shorter distances in cities. The are great for traveling on the high with a convoy. Everyone in our hunting club has one and we use them all the time. When a cell phone just don't have a signal, the old two wave radio is how to go. Finally arrived but doubt the range claimed
I have been tracking this item and found out that it was tossed around in the US for 2 weeks. When it arrived in Sydney depot it took only 2 days to get it delievered at my address. For what we will be using it for I have selected this item based on its range and the claim that it is waterproof. We have tested this item in the city but could only get a range of almost 2 kilometers. We will be using it in forests and fingers crossed we can get a range of 15km we need; I seriously doubt that the 35 mile (56 km) can be achieved in an area with no obstacles.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
