Based on the novel by Christophe Morley, KITTY FOYLE stars Ginger Rogers in an Academy Award-winning performance. Centered on the high society of Philadelphia's Main Line and those who wish to marry into it, the film addresses issues of class in America. Having grown up on the wrong side of the tracks, Kitty eventually becomes a successful executive in a New York fashion house. However, she still carries the torch for her former husband, Wyn, whose wealthy family couldn't accept her working-class background. Unwilling to forfeit his money and position for her, Wyn had the marriage is annulled. Several years later, in New York, Kitty must choose between two men--Wyn, who has reentered her life and wants to run away with her, and Mark, a doctor who wishes to marry her. Kitty follows her conscience and heart to make a decision that will alter her life.

Kitty Foyle Movie
It was nice to be able to watch this movie anytime I want. Ginger Rogers gave a great performance and this is a movie one can watch over and over. The dvd came in pretty good shape and I was pleased overall.

Great film
This movie has everything. A small town girl falls for a rich man, loses him, then gets him back; but not before learning some very powerful lessons. Ginger Rogers is great in this role!

Great Movie
I remember watching this movie as a young girl in the 90's. I really enjoyed this of women who wouldn't settle for anything less. Great Movie and now I see why she won a Oscar for this role.

Amazing!!
I love Ginger Rogers. Always have. Such an amazing actress with so many talents. This is one of my favorite movies she’s in!!
