Chirping Badge - A 40 year dream come true
Product arrived safely ahead of anticipated delivery date. It comes in the branded packaging and is ready to use. It is light weight and of good quality. There are 2 pin fastenings which are a little fiddly when removing the badge, however, they keep it securely in place whilst worn. The chirping sound is just fabulous and true to the sound effect you see on the show. I've always wanted one - only waited 40 years but worth it. Get the Wand Co Communicator
I bought this because I thought it would be cool. The communicator I got is the latest version. It is hit and miss always if it will work correctly. It’s really NOT USABLE. It worked properly on about 10% of tries. Sound quality is mediocre. Battery life is Atrocious. Magnet is strong. It will stay on your shirt. Bluetooth connection was easy. Not the best sound quality.

Captain speak up I can bearly hear you.
I am a Trekkie and thought it would be cool to have a com badge that actually worked. don't get me wrong. I know it wouldn't work as clear as the shows ( since they aren't really real) but I expected a better sound quality out of it. Comm badge
Have this one and the first issue fametek produced. The battery drains faster with this version but gone are the random chirps. The heavier magnet is wonderful. Volume is louder than the first version but isn’t loud enough for calls. Music plays loudly. Wish voice calls were as loud. Star Trek TNG COMM BADGE
I have loved this device apart few battey issues and sound could be alot louder then it should be as i am used to talking to people on the phone on speaker.

Great product for star trek fans.
Great collectors item and for use. Improved on magnet of first batch but still needs stronger magnet I had to add three little earth magnets to hold on shirt or vest. so as not to fall off.
