The 28th installment in the ever-popular Japanese series is an ambitious affair, boasting 10 famous monsters, a very large budget, and talented director Ryuhei Kitamura. Sometime in the indefinite future, the world's major cities are suddenly attacked by 10 monsters at once; panic reigns until Earth is visited by benign aliens who put an end to the monster plague. Disappointed.
I'm a huge Godzilla fan and I own every Godzilla movie made, both Japanese and American. This is the only Japanese one that disappointed me. It is no where near as good as it's predecessors. It would have been better without the alien story. Glad I own it because it completes my collection but I won't be watching it again.

Great entertainment for the price.
The product was as advertised. The disc were not scratched and the movies are entertaining for the family. Someone took good care of their movies.

A Masterpiece, But Not In The Way You'd Expect
If I had to sum this movie up in one word, it would be "bonkers." From the scene-chewing living temper-tantrum that is the villain, to Godzilla's "FIGHT EVERYTHING" mentality, to the implacable Captain Douglas "Screw You, I Do What I Want" Gordon, this movie is an absolute trip from start to finish. I would recommend this movie even to people who aren't fans of a genre, because it's simply that entertaining.

why is puppy angry? LOL
lives up to its reputation, fine distinct details, love to see the markings of the skin. imagine the thoughts in the mind of this creature. puppy needs a nap haha. you will love it. great collection addition, introduce it to Gzilla newcomers.

Not bad...
Remembering that all Toho's Godzilla sequels were children's movies, this is similar, but with updates to the monsters' appearance. Good for Godzilla fans.

Godzilla final Wars, now this is a new take on the series.
What does this movie offer? Alien's? Check. Mutant's similar to X men? Check. Anime style earth warships? Check. Mario inspired Captain of above warship? Check. Absurd action? Check. Godzilla? Double check. Entertaining and funny. They pretty much threw everything and the kitchen sink in this one! English and Japanese dialog with English subtitles. If you like Godzilla then you'll like this one.

For Godzilla Fans
Here is the king of monsters Godzilla fighting away...what is fun about this one is that they bring back various characters from the past films...Rodan, Mothra, Anguiris, Gigan, Minilla and more...as a Godzilla fan, you will enjoy this old fashion movie that may not have special efects (as the new the sci-fi movies) but has tons of fun fights from Stuntmen in great costumes...enjoy.
