Haven't used it yet. Too bad!
I had to get a new USB cable for my computer and it was a USB # that didn't work. So I had to get a USB1 cable. Now trying to find software to download for my Windows7 computer. Tried about 7 or 8 sites. The software didn't work. Am working now with DriverWhiz and they have written software for the printer driver, but am having trouble downloading it. Anxious to use the machine but dissapointed it takes so long. Probably should have purchased a PocketJet 3 as this is still serviced by Brother. The battery is dead so I have to use it plugged in but I don't care. I just need it to make thermal master units. I hope it works. Have seen it on youtube andthe reult was good. We will see. If I can't get it going I don't know what I'm going to do. There are alot of them on Ebay already. It was a nice idea and seemed like a good value at the time.
