Wonderful artwork in a high quality book
The book was a very interesting accumulation of all of Alan Lee's brilliant artwork both for the movies and the book. The different pictures also have descriptions of what Lee was thinking about while he drew them or interesting stories about the making of the movie. I bought this book as an artist reference and the content is so amazing! Alan Lee never fails to amaze with his work. Neat little collection of drawings
A good little collection of drawings and such from the original Lord of the Rings. It's the art that inspired the movies and the thought processes that created the final product.
