An extraordinary film , possibly the best I have seen on many counts. Exquisite and powerful photography with its long takes, hauntingly moving music
An extraordinary film, possibly the best I have seen on many counts . Stunning camerawork with its long sweeping takes. Haunting music. Leaves you with a profound feeling of sorrow for the waste of war. I have bought several copies to give to my friends who are interested inthe best of cinema.
