Jack Klugman (who received four Emmy nominations in the role) stars as the grumpy but righteous QUINCY, M.E. In this predecessor to other television programs like CSI or CROSSING JORDAN, Quincy works for the Los Angeles coroner's department, where he is charged with performing autopsies and running other medical tests relating to criminal investigations. However, he's no regular doctor, for his brilliance often allows him to spy clues that detectives and other examiners have overlooked, leading him to examine cases further. QUINCY took the suspense and mystery of other crime shows and spun it by having the investigation begin with forensics evidence, and took a step further by exploring difficult social issues and taboos. QUINCY, M.E.: SEASONS ONE AND TWO features the first 17 episodes of the landmark program, with guest stars such as June Lockhart, Van Johnson, Jamie Lee Curtis, Adrienne Barbeau, and many others.

Quincy is a medical examiner murder mystery tv show.
The product was in great condition and played perfectly.

This doctor is welcomed in my house every night!
Excellent TV show! Unlike other detective shows, Quincy wasn't graphic : don't need to see the dead person's inside! Love it!

If u want see old time cars and tech, watch
I remember watching the series when it first showed and I have to laugh because it hasnt aged well. My only problem is episode 4 on disk 2 wouldnt work but otherwise it is very entertaining

Takes me back to the '70's!
I used to watch this series as a kid, and it was really the predecessor to all of the current shows based on crime scene investigation and forensic investigation, and Jack Klugman as Quincy is incredible.

Quincy M.E. was the forerunner to other forensic type shows-but without a lot of the gore.
Anything with Jack Klugman in it is bound to be good. This shows cast also clicked well together.

Great Classic
The show is groundbreaking for its time and it is really amazing to watch and see how far we have come. I have to admit I like the classic style of films making better than today’s standard.

Great CSI Series. This is not CSI but it is similar because the show deals with Forensics. This is back in the day when we had great TV shows, not like this today.
