Lives up to its title
I thought the main emphasis would be on London. Of course, it is, but there is a great deal of coverage of the rest of Britain celebrating in towns and villages. After a very short introduction covering the war years, the war's end is announced and celebrations begin. There is also a bonus covering the liberation of Guernsey.
