Italian Classic!!
If you have experience in the culinary world, myself being a former chef and working with Italian food this book is pretty easy to follow, I think the novice would just have to practice and learn from trial and error to get the recipes just right. Must have cookbook
This is a great cookbook, the basics of Italian cooking. Old recipes, for the most part easy recipes. This is one cookbook I will never part with. The book is out of print so scoring a copy at a great price was a bonus. I already have this cookbook. I bought this one as a gift. She loved it. Everything You Wanted to Know About Italian Cuisine

Italian "Joy of Cooking"
This book is Italy's version of "Joy of Cooking". It is usually given to new brides. It was finally translated into english in early 2000. Basic Italian recipes both from Northern and Southern Italy (2 types of cooking). How can you not like this book.
