She trains them as assassins, and in a few years, unleashes them on the world to do her bidding. Naked review.
Apparently this is the follow up film to the Naked killer series (1&2) If you can see passed the fantasy of the abduction and abuse, you'll find a gem of a film with some Excellent martial arts and weapons flashing faster than a speeding bullet.
