This box set includes all three KARATE KID movies, directed by John G. Avildsen. THE KARATE KIDWhen New Jersey native Daniel (Ralph Macchio) encounters bullies at his new high school in Southern California, he is saved by Mr. Miyagi (Noriyuki "Pat" Morita), a handyman who turns out to be a karate expert. Films that stand the test of time
This is a great DVD set for those who love The Karate Kid movies. The original film is the best, and the second two are not half bad if you can forgive some mild predicability. These films were well scored, well acted and moving. The only unfortunate thing is that for whatever reason, I couldn't find a collector set that included BOTH the recent remake with Jaden Smith (2010) and the film with Hilary Swank "The Next Karate Kid" (1994). There must be legal or copyright reasons I guess. I'm glad I got the one with the Hilary Swank movie -- great breakout role for her, and Pat Morita is as awesomely sweet and fierce as ever.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Black Belt to White Belt
Just as any sequel series the interest wanes with each successive release. This set should have ended after Karate Kid II. Karate kid
Although I saw all these movies when they first came out it was so much fun to do them all again and then watch Cobra Kai remembering all the little things that happened in the original movies. Karate Kid originals

Great condition

Great Movies
If you love the Karate Kid then this DVD set is for you. You get all four Karate Kid movies in this DVD set, what else could you ask for. I loved Karate Kid when I was a kid and I still love it.
