Nana's grandfather's searched for years to discover a method of capturing a rainbow. In the middle of one of his experiments, Nana accidentally opens the microwave and not only causes the rainbow to shatter into its seven colors, but herself along with it. Now, there are seven Nanas, each with her own distinct personality traits: cranky, silly, hip, slow, strange, sad, and original. Volume 3 features episodes 11-14, which find Nana journeying to America to enroll in an intensive English class. If she can master the language, Nana will be able to attend the same school as the object of her crush, Yuichi. After boarding the plane, the vessel runs into unexpected trouble, and Nana's team of clones come to her aid. An unsuspecting Yuichi winds up with seven Nanas as traveling companions.
