John Kricfalusi broke new ground in television comedy with his 1990s cartoon series REN & STIMPY. Centered around the misadventures of a highstrung chihuahua and his dimwitted feline companion, REN & STIMPY rendered fourth-grade-level gross-out jokes about mucus, flatulence, tooth decay, and other bodily functions in an uncomfortably graphic style of animation that invited both laughter and squirms of revulsion. Kricfalusi's edgy humor quickly vaulted the series into the highest echelons of cult fandom; and although he left the show after only two seasons, his legacy can still be felt in cartoons ranging from SOUTH PARK to SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS. very funny
ren and stimpy is a super classic cartoon that is far out funny,this is the type of cartoon that you play for children or adults,for adults it would be fun to watch if you have one person over or a group of friends it would be something to remember,i got this dvd set because me and my eleven year old son watched the episode called the fan club,he was in tears when ren was reading the fan mail and relplying to them,i thought this was crazy enough to make me want to buy more episodes to have fun.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Classic cartoon AND animation
There’s been nothing like it since the early 90’s. If your kids are 6+ years old they will love it. If you have a warped sense of humor you will also love it. If you love animation and expressions, unique soundtracks and sound effects you will love it. It's a must have for Ren and Stimpy fans you idiot!!!
The animation is one of a kind! I haven't seen anything that comes close to it besides maybe Sponge Bob Square pants and it doesn't have the edge that Ren and Stimpy has. This is such an amazing dvd! I actually started watching it when I met the creator, Bob camp at a comic con. Now, I can't stop watching it. I love how I'm so young(12 lol not too young) and so many adults like this show. The holder for the DVDs was kinda scratched up a little bit but the DVDs had no scratches!
