A Christmas favorite
I first saw Eloise at Christmastime on television. When you first meet Eloise, she comes off as a spoiled rich kid, but as the movie progresses, you find yourself liking her because she is also caring, thoughtful and honest. I won't go into details because it would be spoiling the movie. There are Christmas tunes and decor as well as romance that the adult viewers will enjoy. The picture and audio quality are excellent. The movie is full screen format only as it was made for television in 2003. Widescreen HDTVs will show black bars on the side.

Enchanting movie!!
I saw this movie on TV about four years ago, and loved it! After not seeing it in December for the last two or three years I decided I had to buy it. Eloise is a VERY precocious six year old who makes it her mission to be involved in anything she deems important going on at the Plaza Hotel, where she lives with her nanny (Julie Andrews). This is very entertaining and kept me laughing constantly. Sophia Vassilieva is quite the actress for a six year old, and Julie Andrews is delightful as her nanny. Guaranteed to make you smile from beginning to end!

Delightful! This will be a family favorite forever.
I never understood why this movie did not become a Christmas classic on the lines of "Home Alone." It is just truly delightful. There are some classic actors! Julie Andrews' alone should have made this undeniably one of the best Christmas movies ever. And then, there is Eloise!!!

Great Christmas Movie!
My daughter showed me this movie this Christmas and I had never seen it before. It was wonderful and she couldn't find a copy so I bought this one for her. She was super happy and we watched it again. Great family time together.

Funny, action packed. Girls sleep over compliment. Very special group of actors. Julie Andrews, beautiful sightseeing of New York. I loved it. Can watch again and again.

Eloise at Christmastime
This is an extremely sweet and hilarious movie. The characters and antics are entertaining and draw you right into the movie. Have recommended this movie to friends. Movie is for all ages with no violence, crude language or cursing. Very refreshing!

Great Movie
A Funny and entertaining movie that keeps children entertained. Julie Andrews is amazing as usual. So thankful I was able to find and purchase for such a great price.
