How can anyone not say yes to all of the above. The American Heart Association’s put on Oatmeal being good for your Heart is the perfect statement. It saves my life everyday 🤣. I eat it at all times of the day and it never lets me down. It’s the perfect snack before bed and the perfect snack between meals… let alone for breakfast. Cholesterol levels are always good and my Doctor even ask me how I keep it from fluctuating? Off course she doesn’t believe me when I tell her oatmeal, but as long as I get the words “great” , good job” and “keep it up” from her lips, I won’t try to convince her 😜
