Stock pot size
Good weight pad for size. As you can gather when filled you need to be able to handle. Can say how long it will last with heavy use because I ve only got it and purchased to make cheese.

Great Value
Not used in conventional way. I am using it as part of double boiler system for dipping my candles. Can see it being great for food use tho. Great quality and V.F.M.
