Heavy duty
I researched the weight limit on this. I use it to bench press. It is tested at 600 lbs. Thats about 250 lbs more than I will use it for. I was considering getting the bench rated at 300 lbs. But chose this one to be safe. Glad I did. It is very sturdy. It is also light weight enough to move around by lifting it. I dont drag it. Good quality

great little bench

Needs to be heavier
I was super excited about it cause it looks great but the base isn't wide enough or heavy enough so it doesn't sit as solid as needed for many of the HIIT moves I need it for. It's ok but not ideal. Light weight and sturdy
I love this bench, because it is light weight and yet sturdy. Although I, female, have worked out with weights in gyms for about 40 years on a regular basis, I am now getting a bit older and am not quite as strong any more. Great Option for Smaller Gym Spaces

Great bench
