Quick and easy to use, great battery life,excellent storage capacity
I had a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 for years and when it crashed I knew that I wanted another Samsung. After looking at reviews and product details I decided to go with a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. This device was extremely easy and fast to set up and download apps and content. I have enjoyed using it for work and play. In my opinion it has many pros and a few cons for which I deducted a star. Pros 1. 9 Pie android operating 3Ram 2. It is light weight making it easier to handle for longer periods of time. 3. Very responsive touch screen (so much so that my puppy changes screens with her nose and paws). 4. Loading apps and downloading content are lighting fast. 5. Storage, the 64gb storage and expandable 516 GB SD card capacity is awesome. So far I've only used 20gb and have downloaded all the apps I previously had to split between my old device and smartphone. 6. Great screen visibility easy to see indoors and outdoors. 7. Great built in features like blue screen filters, night screen, battery saving modes. 8. Excellent volume and sound quality. Cons 1. No physical home or navigation button, the on screen home, back and app management buttons disappear from use on certain apps and are difficult to bring up without making changes in the currently existing app. They also blend in on any white screen applications thus making them hard locate. I would like to be able to make them more defined such as in a black bar for easier viewing. 2. The charging port position, several of my apps and games only show in one position so the cord ends up digging into my stomach thus ends up getting bent. Making use while charging awkward and uncomfortable Fortunately it is fast changing and has long battery power so keep it unplugged as much as possible. 3. Many of the apps can not be moved to an SD card to free up internal storage. [I have not had any app updates yet so I don't know if the apps that did load to the SD card will need to be retransferred post updates as was the case with my older devices] 4. It is a great Tablet
It is working well and just recieved a cover for it and will use it alot more. Its a good product. I still have my old one and had used it all the time . It to was refurbished and gets used by my grandaughter and daughter too. Samsung Galaxy has been a great performer. I wanted to keep it for myself, I loved it too.
