Quiet and efficient cooling fan.
The Arctic P12 was purchased to be a front fan inside my PC in order to supply cooler air to the graphics card and it does this well. Under stress test the graphics GPU is approx. 3 deg C cooler. The fan is very quiet when running at full speed.

Quiet!
Very quiet. This runs at slightly lower RPM than most fans, but cooling seems more than adequate. Too early to comment on reliability. It hsould last years!
