Loud, durable, highly portable, impressively priced.
The Boombotix Boombot REX delivers quite a big sound for such a small package. Although the sound quality isn't too deep (it tends to pick up the highs, while mostly ignoring the mids and lows, giving it a tinny/metallic sound when at full volume), it makes up for it in decibels, portable convenience, and low price. Small but disappointing speaker
Good because it's small and has simple controls, although the charging input cover is difficult to remove. Bad, because of it's distortion at all volumes and it's low audio volume and bass, even at maximum input and maximum volume setting. Small device, HUGE sound!!
It is amazing that such a HUGE quality sound can come out of something so small. I have a friend that bought one of those speaker systems designed in a mini Snap On toolbox, for over $500.00 bucks.
