Brilliant

Everything works.
The card is just the right one. Works without any problems and the price is much better than in the Mercedes store. The problem is this Garmin Navigation type. It is simply actualized not often enough. Moreover, its suggested travel routes are simply far from optimal. Brilliant Item
Don't be worried about buying this, it works great. I popped it in the SD card slot in my B Class, followed the simple on screen instructions and it was up and running in a couple of minutes. I've always used Garmin portable Satnavs but this version beats them hands down. Full of features, lifetime subscriptions to various Traffic Monitoring. Voice activation feature is great and surprisingly understands my Lancashire accent fine. No manual but I just went on the Garmin UK website and downloaded one as a PDF then printed it off as a booklet. Excellent purchase

Fantastic!!!!! A must buy
Like others on here i was a little sceptical, but with all things merc main dealers are ridiculous prices on certain things. Just brought myself a CLA shooting brake which didn’t come with navigation. I did read a lot of the reviews and decided to give it a go and tbh the price was worth the risk. The card came within the dates given and just before Xmas I was happy with that. (Signed for service). I went straight out to the car and put the card in and followed the very simple quick instillation guide and it came straight on. I saved my home location really easily and put in my parents address and off I went. I knew the route so was using it as a guide as to how good it was. It was BRILLIANT, the turns off of the motorway looked exactly like the road junctions, pretty much like a photo, and all the functionality is there. Don´t be afraid off / Kann man beruhigt hier kaufen
Habe ein Audio 20 CD/USB mit Garmin Map Pilot und SD-Karte Version 4.0 und Maps 2015 in einem Mercedes CLA (W245G)..dieser entspricht auch dem C117. Kurz 220cdi Hatte das klassisch kitschige Garmin Design..trauere immer noch der Zeit Navigons hinterher bevor Garmin disen übernahm. Nachdem ich nun hier für einen absolut akzeptablen sowie vernünftigen Preis die neue SD-Karte, Version 7.0 mit Europakarten 2016/2017 (sind bis dato die Neuesten) gekauft habe, wurde ich mehr als positiv überrascht!! SD-Karte bei ausgeschalteter Zündung eingelegt, Zündung an...NAVI-Taste geklickt und die erste Frage war ob ich diese SD-Karte mit dem Fahrzug verwenden ("verheiraten") möchte....ja. Danach waren unter den Einstellungen auch die "erwachsenen" Mercedes Benz Design Karten verfügbar...und tatsächlich...neue Straßen waren auch drauf. Danach die Karte wieder entnommen und ab in den PC damit. (Vorab den Mercedes Benz Downloader kostenlos heruntergeladen und mit diesem das "innerhalb der ersten 60 Tagen-Angebot" ausgenutzt. SIehe da...nun wurde ein Update auf Version 8.0 vorgenommen. Im Anschluß die neue SD-Karte wieder in das Audio 20 vom Wagen eingelegt, gleiche Frage erneut (in anderem Design) gestellt bekommen, ob ich diese Karte nun ausschließlich mit diesem Fahrzeug nutzen möchte....klar! Und danach die absolute und positive Überraschung bekommen. Ein absolut neues Design sowie Ansicht der Karten. Zeitgemäß und vor Allem dem Abbild von Mercedes entsprechend "ERWACHSENEN" Darstellung...auch ein Hauch von Edel erschleicht nun die Navigationsfunktion des Audio 20. You should buy this SD-Card with Version 7.0 and the maps for European countrys 2016/2017. Why ? When you use the old garmin map pilot, maybe like me with the older sd-card from 2015 and the version 4.0 you will get an new navigation/-design experience in your car and on your audio 20 CD (USB)!! First you have to put in the new sd-card in your car and start the navigation system...first the system will ask you "is this car the car you will use this card for"...after you had done this....you will see a differences in the crads...yes, they are newer ones. But my oppinion...in the options you will now see a new card design...like mercedes benz card design...it looks much more for adult as the original garmin child design with theese coloured design...it is not mine. After your first "aha-expierence" you should download the mercedes benz downloader for free on your personal computer. after you´ve done that, stick your new sd-card in your personal computer and start the download manager. it is very important to do that in the first 60 days after you had activated your sd-card in your car. the system on your pc will show you that there is a newer version is aviable....you can change it from version 7.0 to 8.0 ! when you had followed the steps on your computer....put your new -and now updated- card into your car again. the same question will pop up..."would you "maariage"/use this sd-card only with this car...blabla..yes,sure :) after you had done that....i promise...when you had the old "childrens-design" from garmin/mercedes you got a new huge Aha-experience...a whole new design will now work on your navigation system in your audio 20 cd(usb) !!!! It look´s much more luxury and adult. So, when you´re also have enough and fed up with the garmin design...you have to buy this sd-card here. New SLC.. now with Nav!
Wife took delivery of her new, leased SLC on Wednesday last week. Having read about the extent to which the Nav system was pre-installed, and the reviews of this product by previous buyers, I went for it... and was NOT disapointed! Plugged in the SD card, pressed "NAVI" on the car's dashboard and in under a minute the software and data had been paired with the car and was showing us as on the drive at home. Notable that this is a very recent map update - a road only recently opened on our estate - which is often wrong on SatNav & online mapping - is correctly shown as open and accessible. For the price, this is a no brainer. The saving over specc'ing the nav on the car would have cost us literally 12 times the price.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Great Garmin Product
I bought this to use in my Mercedes GLA and was really pleased when it arrived before the expected date. I registered the card on the Mercedes website as instructed and installed the updates. I also downloaded the Mercedes app for my phone. Once I had done this I put the SD card into the car and everything works fine. I have used the sat-nav and it is great to have a voice that can pronounce a lot of the Welsh names, unlike other sat-navs I have had. Genuine product, However product its not very good.
I bought this item for my aclass. They wanted alot more for the same software at mercedes and i’ve managed to save alot of money. However the product’s not as user friendly as one would like, better off using Waze or Google maps on any relitively new smart phone aslong as you dont mind using your data but if thats a problem, then this product will do.
