I would recommend to anyone who bumps head and cusses.
With a little bit of stretching it fit snug into our company low profile ball cap. I was under the impression from the title description that it included the foam pad inside, but it did not. I guess that's why the price is so low. I can add padding myself. Haven't had the chance to put it the test in a working environment but it's comfortable to wear around the office. great product I would highly recommend to anyone the works in areas where head bumping is a factor. I'm not disappointed, as it will help keep me from getting a knot head.

Certainly helps
It's not a hardhat. It certainly helps though. I'm up on ladders above ceilings below floors in crawl spaces and basements. Helps against nails staples ceiling stringers random threaded rod sticking out of the ceiling. Fits right inside my high crown style ball cap, can't even tell. Gets sweaty, easy plastic to clean. No padding in mine I prefer just a bandana. Made in America. Good product...

Made my hat into a helmet
Not a foam pad, but a good plastic shield to make a standard ball cap into light head protection. Firm, sturdy, pretty lightweight, and discrete. I tend to carry heavy boxes on my head during work, and this keeps the button on a ballcap from digging in, as well as otherwise disperse weight around, as to not bruise the top of my head. Works good so far; Will replace/rebuy should this ever wear out.

A nice replacement for a standard hardhat (Not for all uses). However, READ THE DESCRIPTION! This is without the padding foam. I did not re I e enough and I was disappointed when I opened the package. Only until I fitted it into a ball cap though. It can be quite hot (I'm in FL) and I thing the foam padding might help with that a little. I need the closer fit of this insert since I will be crawling around in attics and under crawl spaces.

Good if it’s the right lurchase
Didn’t get a foam pad with mine like I was supposed to. Buyer fixed the issue so that was good. Even thought it’s breathable your head will still sweat a lot. Over all a good buy
