GT Interactive and Probe bring the PC hit Hexen to the Sega Saturn two years after its PC release. Although it is considered by most to be a first-person shooter, many of the weapons are for hand-to-hand combat. Only magic-users will attack more from a distance rather than using close combat. Levels are not linear and contain large areas to explore. Many secret passages exist as well. Players can choose to explore these levels as either a warrior, mage, or a cleric. Classic
Hexen looks great on the Sega Saturn. Controls take some getting used to but dosen't affect gameplay.
